Reformer

These sessions can be booked as a 1:1 or 1:2 and last for an hour. The 1:2 session will include a mix of both Reformer and matwork with small pieces of equipment.

 

The Reformer is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates himself that reconnects us to the way we learned how to move as a human being in the first place, as a means to undo the damage caused by our often sedentry lifestyles. The use of the Reformer helps us work more efficiently and we often see results more quickly!

1:1 or 1:2 (1 hour)

This is recommended if you have never done Pilates before and are not confident joining a beginners class, or if you are suffering from back/neck pain and have been referred by a specialist. One to one sessions are also available on a regular basis at a time that is more suited to you, for those who are unable to attend regular classes. The sessions are available at various times on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please ask for details.

Beginners/Improvers Classes

These are classes for those who have had little or no previous experience of Pilates. The classes introduce you to lateral breathing techniques, how to do Pilates in a safe and effective manner, whilst slowly building on previous classes and exercises. Exercises are gentle, but challenging to meet the needs of the client.

Intermediate Classes

The classes are for those who have experience of Pilates and have attended regular Pilates classes before. The exercises are more challenging, with greater use of equipment.

Classes are run alongside Kent County Council’s School Term Dates www.kent.gov.uk/education-and-children/schools with additional cases in the summer holidays.

Price Information

Reformer 1:1- £40, 1:2- £22 per person
Matwork Classes £9.50 per class – £57 per 6 week block
Special Offer: New Clients – first 3 sessions ½ price £14.25
  A 5% discount is given to those clients who attend two or more classes each week per block
One to one £40 (1 hour)

Terms: We operate a 24hr cancellation policy. If you provide us with 24hr notice someone else can use your space in class. Therefore you can arrange a make up class ( make ups cannot be re-arranged once booked)

If you cannot provide us with 24hrs notice but have a genuine reason for not attending, we will endeavour to book you into another session that week only, subject to availability. Otherwise your space will be lost.

To ensure high standards of instructor attention classes are restricted in size, therefore to avoid disappointment pre-booking is recommended.
