Classes and prices

All studio and private classes are tailored to suit individual needs and are performed on the large Pilates equipment and the mat so the exercises are as gentle or as challenging as required.

Small group mat classes are performed on the mat often with the use of small equipment; this is a very cost effective way of enjoying the benefits of Pilates.
