Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions 2009

All cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice will be charged without exception at 100% of the cost of the session.
Payment is by personal cheque or cash only. Cheques should be made payable to Kent Pilates and covered by a cheque guarantee card.
All classes are by appointment only.

Kent Pilates accepts no responsibility for personal items lost or stolen on any premises used by Kent Pilates.

New bookings and rebooking of classes is not confirmed until full payment of the course is received, when rebooking payment must be received prior to the restart of the next course.
It is essential that rebooking and termination of mat classes is made with 14 days notice, this allows sufficient time for those on the waiting list to take up a place.
Termination of a booking with 14 working days of the commencement of a course starting entitles the client to 100% refund. Cancellations with less than 14 working days notice received in writing, email, phone or verbal incur a £15 administration fee with the balance refundable.
Due to waiting list, From September 2009 those who do not give 24 hours notice of non-attendance (DNA) will no longer qualify for an automatic re scheduling of the missed class.
All re-scheduled classes are subject to space becoming available in another class.
Re-scheduled classes must be completed within the current course.
There are no refunds for missed classes or on termination of classes after a course has started.

In order to be included on the waiting list at least one introductory session must have been completed.
