Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for all, including those with a wide range of medical conditions including osteoporosis, arthritis and back pain to name a few. Athletes wanting to improve their performance, busy mums, those who sit for long periods, and those in stressful jobs.

Whether you have back pain, a stiff neck or are suffering with tension headaches, then taking a 1:1 private Pilates session would be a good place to start. A specific programme can be designed to help alleviate most pain.
