Reformer Sessions

The Reformer is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates himself that reconnects us to the way we learned how to move as a human being in the first place, as a means to undo the damage caused by our often sedentary lifestyles. The use of the Reformer helps us work more efficiently and we often see results more quickly.

The reformer can give a great all round body workout. It can rapidly change the way you feel and look by offering the body both resistance and the assistance that we sometimes require for a more challenging exercise in order to engage the correct muscle groups.

These sessions can be booked as a 1:1 or 1:2 and last for an hour. Be prepared to work hard and learn lots about your body along the way!

Reformer sessions can be booked as a block of 4. The total cost of a block booking is £150.
